5 Star Hotels in Taichung

Looking for a hotel in Taichung? Look no further. On this page, you’ll find four of the best hotels in Taichung, Taiwan. The two most magnificent accommodations in Taichung are in there, plus two more that I think might take your fancy. Each of these Taichung City luxury hotels offers a variety of amenities and services that are sure to make your Taichung City vacation or business trip a memorable one!

Hotel One Taichung

hotel one taichungThis high-tech hotel in Taichung is located in the city’s tallest building, a 46 storey-high landmark skyscraper set in one of the most vibrant areas in the city, on the green belt, between the Art and Science Museums. The hotel occupies 22 floors in the building (24th to 46th floor). Things we love about the Hotel One in Taichung are the grand views over the city, the In Restaurant and Lounge One on the 28th and 29th floor. This Taichung luxury hotel is only 5 minutes away from Taichung train station.

Address: 532 Ying Tsai Road, Taichung, Taiwan

Splendor Hotel Taichung

splendor hotel in taichung taiwanAlong with the Hotel One, the Splendor is one of the most important hotels in Taichung. The Splendor Hotel in Taichung is a great place to sleep if you want to visit the following attractions in Taichung: the botanical garden, Taichung Science Museum, and Taichung Art Museum. The hotel is situated on Taichung’s busiest avenue and is surrounded with tons of restaurants and places to shop. Many Taichung bars are also in the vicinity of this top Taichung hotel. The Splendor Hotel Taichung is 40 minutes away from Taichung Airport by taxi.

Tempus Hotel Taichung

The Tempus Hotel in Taichung is one of the classiest in the city and is perfect if you’re on a business trip. You will feel at home right from the moment you step into the lobby of this five-star hotel in Taichung. The rooms are well-lit, tastefully decorated and the service is entirely personal. The Hotel Tempus in Taichung has advanced massage facilities, a pool, hot/cold bath, a nice gym, squash room, wii room, ping pong table and an American pool table. One thing we don’t like about this hotel in Taichung, though, is its location, which is not as central as the other hotels listed above.

Address: 9 Taichung Gang Road, Sec 2, Taichung, Taiwan

Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Taichung

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Taichung! The Evergreen Laurel Hotel has 354 deluxe guest rooms and VIP floors. The quiet, elegant and comfortable environment will allow you to relax your body and mind wether you’re on vacation around Taiwan or on a business trip. The Hotel Taichung Evergreen is equipped with a modern business center and a conference room. One of my friends who stayed there said it’s a 5 star hotel with 6 star service! Taiwanese Secrets highly recommends a stay at the Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Taichung.
