Our Top Favorite…

Sol Hotel

sol hotel hsinchuThe Sol Hotel in Hsinchu is really special! There are very few accommodations in Taiwan that can equal what the Sol offers. The hotel is located downtown, so you can get access to the cities main attractions, dining, and nightlife without too much trouble.

The large rooms are ultra-modern and clean, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable and some rooms come with stunning views over the city. Service was friendly, helpful and polite. Food was really delicious. Even the coffee was good! The only thing that’s missing at this quality Hsinchu hotel is a swimming pool!

Carlton Hotel – 4 Star

carlton hsinchu hostelThe main reason why we like the Carlton Hotel in Hsinchu is its location which couldn’t be closer to the train station than that. Walking around this area of Hsinchu, you can’t feel bored. There are nice parks to stroll in, a small river to follow, cafes where you can meet locals, and ancient temples where you can burn an incense stick or simply snap a photo for souvenir.

The hotel has all the amenities and services you’d expect from a four-star accommodation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the ACs are quiet and the carpets don’t smell like ashtrays. We highly recommend this boutique hotel in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Book your room today and get a discount.

Remember that if you’re planning to travel to Hsinchu during a weekend or holiday, you absolutely must book your hotel in advance as rooms get reserved in advance during those periods.
