Fulfil Cafe in Xitun District Having lived for more than 10 years in Taichung city, I know exactly how important it is for foreigners to find comfortable places to have a nice cup of coffee in a warm, quiet environment. Something different than Starbucks. More intimate. Fulfil is such a place.
